YOUR GOALS BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND OBJECTIVES

One on one lessons are available for conductors of any experience level or background. Lesson frequency and duration are flexible and can be worked out by consulting with your instructor. Some individuals may want regular lessons througout the year and others may just want a few. It's up to you as the student to make the ultimate decision! 

Your experience and focus in the lessons will be determined by your previous experience and future objectives. It is likely that you come from one of the following backgrounds:

Classical and Film Composers looking to polish technique and rehearsal skills for studio sessions.

Music Educators
looking to refine skills on the podium and to better understand the various sections within your school music ensembles.

College Music Majors looking for additional private study or to prepare for graduate school auditions, workshops and competitions.

Professional Instrumentalists and Vocalists looking to learn more about conducting with the possibility of pursue work in the field.

Music Directors looking to broaden repertoire knowledge, develop more advanced rehearsal skills and become more effective on the podium.

Conducting Enthusiasts who are fascinated by conducting and have some sort of musical background with which to help you begin your conducting journey.

No matter what your objective, lessons are designed to fit your goals.


For college students, groups lessons of no more than three can be considered, especially if the main focus of the group is expanding repertoire knowledge.
